New Huntly Class

There will be a new beginners class starting on:
Tuesday 1st November from 2-3pm in the Linden Centre.
The cost will be £4 (£3 concession).
New students and those wishing to refresh are all welcome - just get on your loose, comfy clothing and flat, indoor shoes and join us in the Strathbogie room. We'll be doing some tai chi and some chi kung.

I look forward to seeing new and previous students.

Huntly Community Wellbeing Festival

As part of the Huntly Wellbeing Festival running next week from Monday 10th to Saturday 15th October, I will be doing an intro to Tai Chi and Chi Kung on Tuesday 11th from 1pm in the Linden Centre. All welcome!

Its been a good few months since I last posted anything, mainly due to the business of life -and tenosynovitis! The latter has meant I've had to stop using weapons for a while to see if that has any effect. Apart from that I've been busy doing workshops during the holidays for different groups.

I've been asked a number of times for a new beginners class. I may do a 6 week course after the tattie holidays - so watch this space.
