Yet again had a super session last night at Keith Cancer Link.
Adeline and the group worked really well and the tea was most welcome.
I always enjoy going to the group - it is a welcoming and caring environment. Love to you all.

New class

I'm starting a new class at the Inspire Centre in Huntly from the beginning of May. I always enjoy working with the folks at the centre so lets hope the new class goes well.

Endings

I've really enjoyed having no commitments during this summer and having family and friends to stay.
As I'm heading towards my 65th, I want to have more time available to do the things I've been promising myself .
Its been unfortunate that my wrists have become a bit of a liability and prevented me from continuing with sword practice which I absolutely love.

So, after a lot of thought, I've decided to hang up my tai chi slippers for now as far as open, regular classes go although I'll still be available for classes and 1-off workshops/sessions for specific groups.

To all students and friends whom I've worked with over the years, I wish you a very happy and fulfilled life.

Summer break

This year all classes will stop week beginning 18 June and start again in September. I will post exact dates nearer the time.  Have a wonderful summer!!
